I would definitely recommend ordering from California Hot Tubs rather than an online company. Our experience buying a hot tub with Leah was fantastic. She gave us great advice when we were deciding which tub we wanted and what features we should add. We never felt like she was trying to upsell us on any unnecessary items. She connected us with a crane company, Tony, and their delivery guy, Ed, and the delivery and set up went smoothly. Tony & Ed have worked together before and everything went smoothly, despite the difficult location. Leah even offered to help us troubleshoot if we have any issues after we get it up and running.

I’m so glad I went with California Hot Tubs for my hot tub purchase. We had sone unexpected delivery challenges based on my location and without the help of Max, there would have been no way I would have a hot tub in my back yard right now. Post delivery, Max has been so helpful, answering every call, and even stopped by my house to drop off supplies. This was a big purchase for us, and I can say having someone on your team to help navigate purchase, delivery, and setup was a game changer. I couldn’t recommend Max more.

We were interested in the bullfrog swim spa series so Max the owner made great efforts to bring one into his new space in MDR to let us demo it. So thankful he did this! We ended up buying the 12’9” swim spa which was installed in December. Max came to our house to make sure everything went well, gave us a tutorial on how to use it, and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. He even came by 2 months later to help us w our ph balance! He’s such a nice guy as well! We are beyond happy with our purchase and are so thankful we didn't just buy a spa but also received amazing customer care w our purchase! Thank you Max and team! You are the very best!

This is the best jacuzzi I’ve been in and owned…it’s absolutely perfect. Piping hot, low maintenance, and gorgeous. We barely use any chlorine and the warter sparkles. I go in nearly every night. This is adding an immeasurable amount of joy to my life. My kid pushed some buttons in a very weird sequence and got it stuck in rest mode, so I called, and the tech called immediately…and fixed it over the phone with me in under 30seconds. Just great delivery, customer service, and a total no brainer. Highly recommend California Hot Tubs!!

Max and Leah offer the best showroom I have seen in West LA and have exceptional service. I had been speaking with them for almost year before we made the purchase of our hot tub. I am very appreciative of their patience and support choosing the right one. Unfortunately, our house burned down from the Palisades fire after we purchased it and I was blown away they gave back the non-refundable deposit. It says a lot about this organization and I would encourage anyone looking for a hot tub to check out their convenient showroom. Much appreciative Max and Leah. We will be back when time comes!

The A 6 is everything that I could ask for in a hot tub. I’m totally satified. Jets have enough pressure by turning off other jets depending on where you are sitting. The hot tub is very energy efficient also. Thanks Bullfrog.

We have had an outstanding experience so far with California Hot Tubs. We were one of the first people to see the new showroom on Lincoln - very nice! Leah Lister was the person who helped us. She is extremely knowledgeable and a fun person to work with. She responded to all of our inquiries quickly, and worked with us patiently until we were ready to purchase our Bullfrog Spa. We felt no pressure, and loved the entire experience. I will update this review once the hot tub is delivered and up and running. Update as of 5/10/24. My review continues to be very positive. The delivery of the hot tub was flawless. Our electrician was able to easily make the connections, and we were enjoying the hot tub that evening. It looks perfect, and everything works exactly as we had hoped.

I spent a lot of time researching spas and spa dealers, ultimately deciding on California Hot Tubs for my purchase. A key factor in that decision was the owner Max. He answered my many questions (on visits and calls) with knowledgeable answers and direction. The price was right. And once ordered, the spa and its delivery and installation went exactly as Max promised. We are very happy with our purchase and he and his store being there for our ongoing needs. I absolutely recommend them.

We just purchased our hot tub that will be delivered in the next 60 days. Leah is extremely knowledgeable regarding the product, follows up as needed and keeps us informed on which options are needed. I know they just changed locations but having more options to view including the colors available in a full spa would be extremely helpful. The samples and website are difficult to visualize. Also a full stock of chemicals and other products would be helpful so we can purchase future products there. Please ask for Leah. She is extremely professional and friendly.

Max, the new owner of California Hot Tubs, is great. We needed a new cover for our Bullfrog R6L that we purchased from the old owner, Bruce, a few years ago. Max is super responsive and helpful. He even rented a Uhaul to personally delivered the new cover as I was worried it wouldn't fit in my car. We also had a few minor repair issues we needed fixing and Max set me up with a repair company and then even bothered to follow up on the repair to make sure I was happy with everything. As for the Bullfrog Spas which they sell, I couldn't recommend them enough - really fantastic hot tubs compared to everything else I've seen/experienced and no notable problems at all. Highly recommend!!

On the day of delivery, a cover to the spa was missing due to no fault of this business. Yet, they volunteered their own cover just to help me as a customer. They are honest and I would recommend this business to a friend.
