I would definitely recommend ordering from California Hot Tubs rather than an online company. Our experience buying a hot tub with Leah was fantastic. She gave us great advice when we were deciding which tub we wanted and what features we should add. We never felt like she was trying to upsell us on any unnecessary items. She connected us with a crane company, Tony, and their delivery guy, Ed, and the delivery and set up went smoothly. Tony & Ed have worked together before and everything went smoothly, despite the difficult location. Leah even offered to help us troubleshoot if we have any issues after we get it up and running.
Great sales people, very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommended checking out the store and buying a spa from California Hot Tubs.
It was a great experience. The delivery went with out any problems. It was great to meet max and he explained everything about the swim spa. We got it the power on and it’s working perfectly. Thanks Max and team for a great experience.

We had sone unexpected delivery challenges based on my location and without the help of Max, there would have been no way I would have a hot tub in my back yard right now. Post delivery, Max has been so helpful, answering every call, and even stopped by my house to drop off supplies.
